Work Permit

Congratulations on your new job! Once you have been hired for a job, you will need to obtain a valid work permit from school in order to work. 

1. Print a copy of a California Work Permit.
2. Take the work permit to your employer, they will fill in the employer section, you fill in the minor/school information. 
3. Bring the completed form to the front office, Mrs. Valdez will process your permit request and have it ready for pick up, usually within 24 hours. 
4. Pick up your completed work permit and submit to your employer. Students must be present at pick up due to signature requirements.

Reminder: In order to obtain a work permit you must have at least a 2.0 GPA (as of last reporting period) and no F grades.
