Our Mission

The mission of the counseling department at Ripon High School is to deliver a comprehensive counseling program based on the American School Counselor Association’s (ASCA) National Model for school counseling.  This comprehensive program provides all students with equitable opportunity for growth in the academic, college and career, and social/emotional domains and encourages the highest level of student achievement using developmentally appropriate curriculum and services.  

 

Counseling Office Location and Hours

The counseling office is located in the Administration Building, 301 North Acacia Avenue, Ripon, CA 95366. Our office is open during school hours from 7:30am- 4:00pm. The phone number is (209) 599-2356, and the fax number is (209) 599-4288. 

 

Counselor Contact Information

Counselor appointments are available to students and/or parents/guardians during school hours. Counselors are available to meet regarding course scheduling, academic planning, college admission, academic or personal/emotional concerns, alternative education, etc. Students can drop by the Counseling Office before or after school and during break or lunch to schedule an appointment. Upon making an appointment, the student will receive an appointment slip to show his/her teacher. Parents/guardians should call the main number (209) 599-2356, in the Counseling Office, to schedule an appointment.
