Meet Mr. Ramirez - Vice Principal
With over 20 years of dedicated experience in education, I currently serve as a Vice Principal at Ripon High School. In my administrative role, I have the privilege of working closely with our Education Specialist teachers and students, ensuring that our Special Education program provides the necessary support and resources for every learner to thrive. I am committed to fostering an inclusive school culture where student success and staff collaboration are the top priorities.
Before transitioning into administration, I spent 12 years in the classroom as a Social Science teacher 13 years as Vice Principal and Athletic Director overseeing multiple administrative duties. Those years spent teaching history and civics shaped my educational philosophy and gave me a deep appreciation for the work teachers do every day. I am a proud graduate of California State University, Stanislaus, where I received the training and education that launched my career in public service.
When I am not on campus supporting the Ripon High community, I can usually be found enjoying the great outdoors. I am an avid fly fisher and golfer, and I love taking the time to unwind in nature. At home, I enjoy gardening, a hobby that—much like education—requires patience, care, and a dedication to helping things grow.
