Athletic Clearance
The clearance process is done online through HomeCampus.com. Click on the link below to review the online registration instructions or select the video link for a YouTube tutorial.
Note: You will need to upload your insurance card and completed physical before the process is complete. Once you have uploaded your required information, you will need to print and sign the confirmation page. The signed confirmation page then needs to be uploaded into your HomeCampus account with the other documents.
