Welcome to Mrs. Gaipa's Music Classes!

I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education. I have been playing violin for over 26 years (I also play viola as well ). I have been teaching high school orchestra for 15 years (Currently in my 16th year), and band and elementary strings for 5 years (Total of 15 years). I have also taught privately for 17 years. I am now teaching choir at Ripon High School in addition to teaching Orchestra.

 

I served on the Florida Orchestra Association State Executive Board for 5 years. I have coordinated All County Orchestra for Hillsborough County in Florida for 3 years and coordinated All State for the State of Florida for 5 years. I have also taught Musical Theatre, Music Appreciation, Guitar, Piano, and Chorus. I am currently the Vice President for the San Joaquin County Honor Orchestra for High School in California.

 

I have performed with groups like Celtic Woman, Il Divo (tenor group created by Simon Cowell) and the Hanson Brothers. I have also performed the original music score with a symphony orchestra for La La Land in both Tampa and Orlando, Florida during the La La Land Live tour. I have also performed with the Modesto Symphony Chorus at the Gallo Center. I have a passion for music and education.
