Dear Band Families,
Our winter concert is almost here, and it’s shaping up to be both overwhelming in the best way truly memorable. With so many young musicians coming together for their first big performance, being prepared will make all the difference in helping them feel confident and successful.
To support this, we are scheduling . Rehearsing in the actual performance space helps students feel settled, understand their setup, and play at their best.
at Parkview Elementary
Students may take the bus from Parkview to their regular schools afterward.
at Parkview Elementary
Bus transportation will also be available afterward.
Advanced (Concert) Band Students who normally meet in the morning those days can help, or stay home.
Here is a Google Form to let me know:
Winter Concert Rehearsals
A) If your child will attend their rehearsal
B) Whether they need bus transportation after rehearsal

(so we can get settled before the audience arrives)
It will be busy, energetic, and absolutely fantastic—your children are going to make you proud.
Please have students wear
Simple, non-flashy holiday accessories are welcome.
Please encourage your musician to practice . Building a small, consistent routine pays off quickly: better sound, stronger confidence, and a happier musical experience for everyone.
Thank you for supporting your child’s musical journey. I’m excited for a wonderful concert and proud of the work these young musicians are doing!
